This hotel is situated in a very quiet and green area, making it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice balcony offering a lovely view of the surrounding forest. The staff is impressively friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided are satisfactory. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of delicious options.
Only a minor issue with one of the bathroom fans not working.

The location was stunning and perfect, just off the roman ruins and other places of interest as well as the city center. It also was in a very green area.

The room was a nice size with balcony, a nice view, as for instance, everything was amazing. Location: the hotel was near to a quiet park, the Sana Spa, and Vinopolis restaurant. The staff was responsive, competent all the time...

The spa facilities were great, loved the sauna and steam room. The bed in the room was comfy and big, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was also good, with plenty of things to see and do in the area. And the view from the balcony was amazing!
The restaurant was a bit of a let-down, some dishes were overpriced and not very good. , the room was a bit dark, with not enough lighting to read comfortably.

Really enjoyed our recent stay at a spa hotel. the breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit. Loved the location, being close to a beautiful park and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops.
There were a few minor issues that took away from our experience. Some of the amenities, such as the pool and gym equipment, were in need of maintenance and didn't work properly.

If you're looking to unwind, this spa resort is perfect. the location is great, nestled in a tranquil area next to the park and Vinopolis restaurant. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with well-maintained spa amenities that include an indoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi tub, and saunas. the seasonal decorations add charm. the breakfast is good enough with friendly staff, and the gym is great too.
The dinner could use some improvements, as the Traditional salad with breaded cheese and glass of wine was overpriced and underwhelming.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
